Get to know Jahmar Hill and his new film "Sisters"

​Jahmar Hill, Elizabeth, New Jersey Native, is a pioneering Director, Actor, and Producer. At the age of 23, Jahmar made his debut into the film industry by appearing in several films and television shows.

In 2013, “Last Love Lost” was Jahmar’s first executive produced indie film, which he starred in and also directed. The film went on to win reputable awards at the Chelsea Film festival In 2015.

Jahmar landed a distribution deal with Amazon Prime and was hired on to ghostwrite and direct for small production companies allowing him to relocate to Los Angeles, California to expand his network.

Throughout his career, Jahmar continues to blaze the trail directing multiple film & television projects, including “Surroundings,” a film executive produced by Rapper, Fetty Wap’s record label RGF and horror feature film, “Lethal Procedures,” starring Tyler Perry’s, own Cocoa Brown & Hassan Johnson, of HBO “The Wire,” which releases in theaters 2020.

Currently, underway is the production for the crime drama “Sisters,” written, directed, and executive produced by Jahmar Hill. “Sisters” is the story of Diamond and her closest cousins, who after losing their mothers to a horrible car crash at a young age, devise a plan to keep their grandmother from dying of cancer and save their family. But the plan causes death to someone close to them. Now they look for revenge. The line-up for the film is Cocoa Brown, Juhahn Jones, Paigion Walker, Delo Brown, Kris Lofton, Jensen Atwood, Toni Belafonte, Yanira Pache, Sade Whiting, and Aaron Kim.
